Made an appointment online. I was a bit early so I called and he welcomed us in anyway. We couldn't replicate the problem (MacBook wouldn't charge) in shop but Nate still took loads of time to try and figure it out. He didn't even charge us for all the diagnostics and time! We will be back :)

Excellent quick service. My father's phone was over heating quickly and although it was an older model it wasn't used much. Unfortunately, it was a processor. This was diagnosed within 24 hours. I will return if there are issues with my iPhones.

Mad Genius is awesome! You get all of his knowledge and amazing customer service. all wrapped in one. I really just can't say enough. My MAC is running better than when new, was thrilled with the price, and Nate just went above and beyond my expectations over and over again. And that hasn't happened to me in years. Went for battery They did diagnostics and more free of charge. Very thorough, responsive and GREAT Value. Nate goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy Very Good service, Professional, caring and explains things in a way that you completely understand. Does not Nickle and dime you.
