This facility has 9 doors to back in and dump. They will have you sitting 10-20 minutes waiting for nothing. Not one bay is being dumped in and we all just sit here. 9 bays open!!! But, we wait? Ridiculous that we lose time and money for nothing. Seems like Des Moines could use some private Transfer stations.

They take oil based paint for free. The do accept latex paint for a charge ($1/gallon), but it's not hazardous and can be disposed of on your own if you solidify it with sawdust or kitty litter.
