Some of our buildings are deemed pet-free; however, we will accommodate therapy, companion, emotional support, and service animals if the need is present. Other properties do allow certain types of pets, but require a pet deposit. We would be happy to discuss further if you have additional questions or concerns.

We would be happy to assist you and answer any questions that you have.

If no window is present, there must be an exhaust vent system. Ventilation system types may be electric fans, gravity flow, or shafts designed for this purpose that permit air to escape to the outside. Ultimately, this is to prevent mold and mildew from building up.
