Thank you for the question! I would encourage you to contact our office at 308-385-5530 and we can further explain our policies regarding pets. Some of our buildings are deemed pet-free; however, we will accommodate therapy, companion, emotional support, and service animals if the need is present. Other properties do allow certain types of pets, but require a pet deposit. We would be happy to discuss further if you have additional questions or concerns.

I need help getting my 77 year old dad to a low income housing in Grand Island. Not sure where to start?

We would be happy to assist you and answer any questions that you have.

Need low income housing. How do I get help ? I'm 64 years old and make 681 $ a month with social security. Please advise.

Why does a bathroom have to have a vent?

If no window is present, there must be an exhaust vent system. Ventilation system types may be electric fans, gravity flow, or shafts designed for this purpose that permit air to escape to the outside. Ultimately, this is to prevent mold and mildew from building up.
