Worst hotel I've ever been to. We traveled from out of state to celebrate our extended family Xmas. Our party reserved 10 rooms. The gal at the front desk was rude & very short with us-letting us know it was her last day!! We had prior reserved the "Meeting Room" and discussed that we were all going to be there at noon. We were told when we checked in that they had it down for Sunday not Saturday when we arrived. We had also ordered lunch to be delivered at 1215. We were able to get in as our food was delivered. We helped set up tables & chairs. We continued to check at the desk for any of the rooms being ready to check in. I was finally told at 4:15-check in is at 3:00, that my room was ready. I walked into the room and housekeeping was sitting on the toilet in the bathroom on her phone!!! She looked quite guilty and said this room isn't done yet- I put down my things and left!! When I went back at 5..garbage cans still full, dirty dishes, dirty towels in the shower, and the bed looked like it was made but not sure because of what was on it,a sheet no blanket or comforter? Several other rooms were not cleaned, no pillowcases on pillows ,vacuum cleaner in a room, no sheets on a bed,I think it was after 6 buy the time we were all able to check into a room. No towels in the pool area. Now if it weren't for Micheal at the front desk we would of all left! He was cleaning rooms, making beds, bringing towels to the pool, apologized non stop to all of us, he deserves a huge raise because of him and his helpfulness we stayed and tried to enjoy our extended family time. Our checking out went much better- The gal named Z - was very helpful having walked into the big disaster of all of this. She did tell us we'd be getting some sort of a discount and that someone would be reaching out to us!! We'll see what happens and if we ever go there again. This was our 2nd year there.

We were placed in a room that you could literally push the door open. It did NOT lock and when we brought it to the attention of the front desk, she was kind and needed to talk to her supervisor. We understand that there weren't any other rooms available, but this was a safety issue and ANYONE could get into our room. After speaking to her supervisor, she stated that she could offer a 10% discount (seriously does not make up for it), but that discount was never applied to our room either. Very disappointed.

Michael was excellent during our stay. The rooms are beautiful! The kids enjoyed the pool and we loved the late hours of operation! Midnight 🥳 The adults really loved hanging around the fire outside and having some cold ones. When I thought I couldn’t love it more we had breakfast. So many varieties, something for everyone! We will definitely be back!

I liked staying here. The breakfast was really good.
