It is helping me 2 stay off the street be safe, and have a little more privacy which is a good thing for me,all the staff are good at helping you to find housing you have to do some of the leg work to help them do there job it works out good.

Supports the Fare Start program that helps transitioning incarcerated Veterans and indiviuals. This shelter transitions even the homeless, and makes it possible for them to integrate back into normal working society.

I spent over a year living here at the William Booth center, it is a salvation army homeless shelter. They provide clean, safe and healthy living space for the homeless men. If you are a u.s military veteran such as I am, they have a program that is tied in with the veterans administration that pays for your stay for up to 2 years and helps you obtain proper living quarters such as a apartment or a room in a group home setting, everyone's situation is different, thanks to a few of the hardworking staff there,, I was able to obtain a very nice brand new studio apartment.

You have to be referred there. They have bed checks at night. You have to put in a request to stay out otherwise. The rules are pretty straightforward like no fighting or using drugs in the place.
Get a referral from a caseworker. The VA, another shelter maybe. If you are a veteran any service outlet will help you.
I think it's about 5:30pm
Yes, U must get refered. I stayed almost a month and was getting a full paycheck
Call the Booth and they will let you know.
William Booth is a shelter. They do have Christmas dinner, but you may want to contact the Salvation Army on 4th Ave by the Stadium.
William booth is a shelter not a donation drop off location or a store. They do not accept donations at William booth center. Please take your donations to the salvation army store located on 4th Ave
Writing a thank you note/card would be much more impactful. U5tr59 l
