I was referred to this clinic by another physician and had a perfectly fine telemed appointment with Dr. Julian. Unfortunately, my experience with the logistics of getting to an actual treatment appointment were so terrible, I ultimately ended up bailing on this clinic altogether. I wasn't able to get on the schedule for treatment until almost a month after my initial consult; this was only accomplished by me calling them myself. I then had simple questions about how I would be billed. I was never able to talk to anyone in this office who had any clue what they were talking about. I was told the clinic manager took care of these issues (like pre-auth and billing) but when I asked if I could speak with her, I was always told she was busy. The person on the phone would just tell me what she thought I wanted to hear, which was usually wrong information. I never got a call back when I requested one (and I often gave them several days to call me back). I even left several messages with their 3rd party billing department and those messages were not returned either. The only way I got any answers were by calling my insurance company who would then call their office while I was on hold. Somehow they were able to get answers that I was not. Pretty sad that I got better customer service from my insurance carrier than a small practice. I ultimately canceled my treatment and then burst into tears. As desperate as I am for this treatment, I would rather start over somewhere new than deal with the incompetence of this clinic. I work in healthcare myself and it shouldn't be this difficult to get scheduled and get basic questions answered. I'm sure their doctors are probably great but I'm not sticking around to find out.

It is nothing short of magical! Really. These trigger point shots have given me such a reprieve from pain. I am swimming, walking, and enjoying life better than Ii have in so long. I am so grateful!!! You have no idea. I would see people walking around without pain and think "why can't I do that" and now I am nearly free of pain. It's a new lease on life. I just can't overdo too much which is in my DNA. But I am enjoying life right now so much better than I have previously. Thank you! Thank you and thank you!

I've been going there every 3 weeks for over a year, the iv ketamine treatments are very engaging for me (actually I find them quite entertaining) and have probably been the major reason for the tremendous change in how I think, and view myself and this world, over that time frame. The staff is friendly and caring. I feel welcomed. and that my presence is enjoyed by them, as much as theirs is by me. It is also clear that they are right on top of the medical aspects of this type of care: I've got continuous O2 monitoring, an automatic BP cuff that measures me every 5 minutes or so, and a nurse pops his or her head into the room to check on me several times during each session. They always have a call button right there handy to me, videos that I can choose and watch projected onto the wall, a bunch of music select from, and pleasant surroundings, although during a 'trip' my brain conjures up something interesting regardless of what's in the room, even if it's a blank wall and silence. my mind becomes very inventive during these sessions. I like it a BUNCH!

Dr. Julian is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I’ve had 9 hip surgeries (bad surgeon) so I know far too well what it’s like to have injections…I’ve had so many I’ve lost count. I recently started going to Dr. Julian for back injections & for the 1st time ever I don’t need sedation. She’s FAST, incredibly precise & gentle. I have NO idea how she does it…I’ve now had 3 injections with her & every single one has been FLAWLESS. I wish she was my doctor for everything…she’s incredibly personable & brilliant. I send everyone to her for injections. Dr. Fisk is also a brilliant doctor & has done several injections in my hip. Whomever you choose to go to, you’ll be in great hands!!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this team of doctors. In addition, I’m so impressed with their commitment in helping people with depression through their ketamine program, I’m so happy to see SOMEONE in the medical field take this issue seriously.
