The surgery was by far the best I've had out of three. The nurses were so nice and helpful. The pain was kept down to a minimum thanks to the attentive staff. The third day after surgery I am feeling very optimistic about my recovery. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a surgery.

Absolutely incompetent! Every visit and every phone call was a horrible experience. The staff never cared about any of my concerns. Went for a vasectomy and got a scrotal hematoma. I didn't know what I had and described my discoloration, swelling and pain to the nurse and was told that is expected after the procedure. Spent the weekend in the worse pain of my life. Went back the following week to find the procedure did not go as planned, and was told surgery to rectify would be counterproductive. Now I'm 8 weeks post surgery and still swollen. They do, however, earn the 1 star, since the doctor was honest and owned the mistake. update, it's now over 4 months since the surgery and I am still not well. I will be needing a second surgery to correct the permanent damage that was caused

The nurses here are amazing. They are efficient, friendly, thorough, professional, and they deliver a personal touch that fits perfectly. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.
