Old Park and ride was one level. New one has two. This boggles the mind. I blame The City of mercer island. In any normal part of King county this would be a multistory Park and ride. Why are there photos of a non functioning rail station being included in results? Even if The lightrail station was operational it would still not be The Park and ride

This is a great spot for carpool meet ups when heading east. I have used it at least 8 times in the last two years with no problems. Usually for weekend trips. I can say I feel safe leaving my car here.

Yes, but only one night.
Definitely not around the park-and-ride on the street. The City sells 2-year on-street permits to residents for special areas south of I-90 in the town center so we can walk to the P&R. My current one cost $10 (equal to $5 per year, just to be clear). Next best bet is the Eastgate P&R, which has about 1,600 spaces.
