Granted I didn’t have a whole lot of interactions involving my local police dept. there in Festus, Missouri. There was a time or two when my tags expired and I couldn’t pass emissions in Jefferson County due to a failed cat converter. I had to sale the 2009 Dodge Avenger V6. Had no issues just needed a 1500 dollar converter. So I had a few minor tickets for those tags and things were not good financially. Somehow someway I would find some work to pay those tics and when it looked like I couldn’t I would make sure to let the court know. In short my few interactions were always based on the show respect and respect is given. I sure do miss Missouri. I lived out there for 12 years and now I’m back in my hometown of Yuma, AZ. Located smack in the middle of the Sonoran Desert! It’s a DRy HeaT they say!!!!

Great service stopping an attempted burglary at my business. Thanks to a concerned citizen calling the police about a suspicious person in the area. The officers showed up in force to stop anything bad from happening. Thanks for putting your lives at risk to keep our community safe.

My thanks to Ptn Joseph Sasenger, DSN 42, who came to our house this evening regarding my stolen porch sign. To him it probably wasn’t a big deal, but he was exceptionally nice and thorough in making the report.

I'm not sure what you're asking since there's no punctuation but it sounds like you need to call the non emergency line (933-3646) to speak with an officer who can give you answers for your situation.
That depends what jurisdiction the address of the person falls within. Festus police and jefferson county both do well-being checks. However, they are by request. Not typically set up at regular intervals. But u can always call in at anytime, repeatedly if needed for checks.
Public safety department should have a safe spot if not then one should be designated. Meet when the sun is out plus activities in public (and privately with consent) are captured through technology these days if there is ever a need for evidence of a crime. Of course, I had to run to Festus PD after being terrorized\shot at and they basically told me to grow up and get lost so maybe just meet in a different jurisdiction to be " safe"
