Did not get my eye exams there but used them to purchase my glasses because they excepted my insurance. From the call I made to verify that they accepted my VSP insurance, the customer service was terrible. I did go into the office to take a look at what they had and there was no difference. The front desk lady is extremely rude. The two ladies that help with picking out glasses and fitting them, were wonderful.I ended up ordering my glasses thru them, but it took over a month to come in. When I would call to check if they were in yet, the response I got was…. We have no clue, hopefully you get them by next year. Go to pick up my glasses, same situation, terrible customer service. If that front desk person cannot multi task, she needs another position. Your the first face that customers like myself see, you need to be helpful and kind. Small business like this should have very good customer service. People like myself could have taken my business to a large corp store. I’m all for supporting small local business, but I expect kindness when you are asking questions. Whoever the Dr is there needs to re- evaluate her staff. Service as such can make you or break you. Todays world reads reviews.

Small office, but very kind and friendly staff, doctor was professional, thorough, informative and considerate. Staff also very considerate of getting my daughter's glasses ASAP as school was starting. They notified me right away and we picked up her glasses within the first week of school. Would definitely go again, may even see what frames & prices would be for myself. Very pleased with my experience.
