The staff is very good at their jobs. The front desk is very rude. When I first called to make an appointment she told me not to waste her time if I don’t have health insurance. I also called in to get my sons documents faxed to our doctors office and she once again took her frustrations out on me. I have no desire to go back in that office.

The front desk lady is impatient with a short fuse and I think could use some counseling herself. She is not friendly or nice at all she should work where she doesn't have contact with people. You have to ask to get back to bathroom and it's dirty! At least the Doctor was professional and polite.

They are so caring and professional. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. We have been coming here for several years since my son was very young. The therapists here work with you on many different life issues and stresses.
