I understand the concern for the young adults/teens conduct and safety. I came with my daughter and her 2 friends (11-13yrs) and was dang near harassed about if I was staying with them. I needed to move my car and they stopped my children from entering the theater until I returned. This is after I'd purchased our tickets for ALL OF US (the manager checked us out and repeatedly asked if I was staying with them) stopped by security at the movie entrance with my children upon arriving. It soured my whole mood!. Will not return. The audacity and your seats don't even RECLINE! Update: about 15 minutes later the security and a staff member came into the theater looking around. Asking for proof of tickets. My group feels so uncomfortable and violated.

I had a situation which may have been isolated but I doubt it. There were several teenagers in our theatre that behaved sketchy. Making loud noises, sitting on the stairs, coughing together. Two members of our party asked them politely if they would refrain from conversing. There was something going on. Finally I had missed hearing a segment of the film, I got up and had gone to concesssions to ask if they could either remove the group or get them to stop disrupting the film. The employees took a very cavalier approach for which I was not really happy with so I sat outside the theatre to wait till it was over as I would of caused a scene as things would of just escalated. As I'm ending s bathroom visit, I notice these guys placing items of random into another dudes book bag which then i realized these kids were robbing people as they watched the film they had a 'grabber' crawling below the seats and grabbing what they could. And they had a dude with a filled book bag leave the bathroom to stand near me as I was recording it to the best of my Nancy drew skills. No one should be needing to bring a book bag to a movie theatre, especially at night. They apparently left the theatre with items of people in which would of fetched no money, and as they ran out into the roped-off mall, the regal employee just watched. And I get that there's nothing one can do, but no offered or care was given.they should have someone who monitors these hallways and notice that kids are going into a theatre after leaving another theatre. Frankly I will not be returning any time soon. Theaters were hit hard during Covid so I would think they would have some effort in keeping it s safe place. Everything tonight could of been avoidable.

Can I use a wilmorite mall gift card for a movie?

That's a good question and I'm not positive. On the one hand the movie theatre is in the mall so for that yes. On the other hand Regal and Wilmorite who own the mall are 2 separate entities so for that I say no. Sorry best is to call Greece Ridge customer service
