We recommend most to begin with our Water Soluble as it best absorbed. There are a few great topicals that you might like also. Topical Cream 250mg and 300mg Water soluble is a great place to start. Low and Slow with CBD! Consistency is key!
I suggest you get the oil,start at 300. Works best for me. You can always go up. This stuff is amazing.
