Sparkling and very large pool!!! Very spacious and clean pool area with lots of lounges, too.

I am a current tenant (of 2 years) at Brittany Apartments. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Rent will be raised, without informing you. People will enter your apartment/move things/and sometimes will even cut off the netting in the balcony (putting your pet in danger) without informing you. Laundry room have machines that do not work most of the times. Do not waste your money by moving here. Location is great, but everything else about this apartment complex is terrible.

We traveled 1000 miles to move to the Brittany Apartments and are pleased with our choice! Very responsive staff, always updating and taking care of the property. If you want to live beach side this is a good place. Definitely Salt Life!

We have been living at the Brittany for 1.5 years and not only is the location fabulous but so is the service. Headed by Andrew Pope, an amazing and kind manager to Anthony Pino and Sam and his maintenance crew. The best of the best. We are very happy with our experience!
