It's not the worst place to live. A few things could definitely use some improvement. For instance they have open sewer grates around the entire complex and they smell absolutely horrendous, whenever you pass it on the sidewalk. They're literally right where you park so it's hard to avoid them. The solar panel box that was inside my place was so loud it would hurt my ears. Please get some kind of soundproofing cover over it. I tried to use the theater room once there were no instructions anywhere on how to use it and there was a password lock on it, to which I didn't know. I tried playing ping pong in their rec room next to the theater room and there was no ping pong paddles or balls anywhere to be found. It kind of seems like those items were just for show and not for actual playing. They have all these rules about your patio however everybody violates them, but I was nearly fined for leaving a single Halloween decoration up for a few months. There's so many people who leave their dogs on their balconies permanently or for extremely long periods of time. Oftentimes they would leave the pool music and lights on at night and if you lived right next to it, it made it very difficult to sleep. Sometimes when they would turn the music on in the morning and it would be on full blast. 1 pro- whenever I put in a service request they were on top of it that same day so that was really nice. Other than that it really wasn't terrible, just needs a lot of little improvements.

Gia (the shark) and Anna have been absolutely awesome to work with. They pushed the whole process through in 2 days. I love the community and the appartment is amazing. I think it is the best place around. So glad I came here.
