Beautiful apartments! The security system is nice + the interior is great. I’d say the negatives are the doors to rooms are cheap, constantly kept falling off the hinges and we’d have to fix them, parking is really hard to find (I’d get a garage or carport), and you have to pay $170 for cable monthly which was an unnecessary cost to us, and I wish we’d had the option to just pay for wifi. A bit expensive, but overall a nice place to live. Feels very safe!

The pros, staffing was amazing(like always). The luxury rooms are beautiful, people are nice, dogs are nice.. I wish I had more pros. I have enjoyed living here. The luxury rooms are beautiful, 3 stars. But I have lived here for 6months and I’m already moving.. location is bad due to traffic on Mountain View, with stairs being outdoors, outdoor winds and snow conditions make it really bad to enjoy living here. A lot of people use the pool/gym. I only wished they cleaned it more. Parking gets bad so make sure you get a garage. Two it and runs no cams Thank God for the Gray Star overlord‘s upper West in West Jordan is more of my taste and more affordable. Please note. I was only here for 6months I never addressed these problems with staffing directly.

Had the pleasure of living here for around 5 months while recovering from a surgery. The apartment itself is great. Very new. Very spacious. And the pricing was even pretty good. Everything else is very meh. PARKING WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. If you come back any later than 7pm you might as well just park across the street because every portion of this parking lot will already be full. The gym is quite nice but a group of probably 14 year Olds likes to go in there and smoke at night which is just weird... kids these days.

Nice apartments. Fast responses to fix things. Would be 5 stars but the parking situation is pretty bad.
