Worst customer service I have ever experienced in Nashville. It's just a major corporation that owns it and the employees just try to nickel and dime you and don't ever treat you like real people, it's all about the bottom line for them. We loved the wooden outdoorsy areas, but every time I needed to contact management I felt so disrespected and belittled.

STAY CLEAR!! Rented for 10 years... Lack of security had my car vandalized multiple times. The mail boxes were broken into so many times that the post office refused delivery for a time. I personally had a P.O. Box, as my items were stolen so frequently. (Including medicine from the VA). Maintenance workers showed up at my apt screaming at me bc I called in that the CO2 alarm had been going off for a week and I could hear it while trying to sleep. I was yelled at and told I was a liar. Living here was like being in an old ship.. You will hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing.. Every step they take. Multiple issues with the plumbing, Leaks, toilet issues, neighbors above me leaking into my kitchen.. 3 times. I could go on but you get the jist.. The man with a 3 letter name who runs the office is an absolute nightmare to deal with. The most unprofessional person I have had the misfortune of speaking with.. There are plenty of apartments in and around Nashville that you will enjoy alot more and not have the headaches, nobody should have to deal with, just bc you had the unfortunate luck to choose this place. I promise you.. STAY CLEAR!! Oh and the best part.. SPIDERS! I was bitten by a brown recluse while sleeping. Worst pain I've ever experienced. 2 months of it. They sent a pest tech who placed 2 spider taps, after I complained of so many spiders. 0 help that was. 2nd best part.. Got a move out bill for over 5k.. they want me to replace all the appliances for.. get this.. nicotine. Which can be wiped off with water. I know bc I've done it. Also, nicotine is an allowed substance. When trying to contact the office, I was told to contact Robin, which I did, and never heard back. Shouldn't the 10k bond I was required to purchase before moving in cover the move out bill? When I tried to ask them, I was told they could not talk about move-out bills and to contact Robin.. So if Robin ever answers me or if she even exists.. I'll update.

My deliveries keep getting stolen from my front door. Amazon posts pictures of the delivery in front of the door, but they were gone when I arrived 30 mins later. I submitted a ticket simply asking for guidance from them, such as what I can and cannot do, as I considering installing doorbell camera or something similar. Management simply closed the ticket without calling or emailing me. They’ve done the same with noise concerns that I’ve submitted. I did have an issue with my AC, which was resolved the next day. They did well to respond to a maintenance emergency, but if I’m not mistaken, they are required by law to do so.

I lived here for a year and moved out at the end of January, just a few concerns where mold in the window seals and in the bathroom. When we lived here the bathroom floor started to fall into the ground and had to be replaced, which they replaced but the people they hired left a mess. They left the vinyl glue all over the bathroom and wood shavings all over the apartment. Also they had a horrible spider problem. I think for the price that they tried to change us to resign they need to update all of these apartments. I do remember they started painting the outside of the apartments but did nothing to the inside. They definitely need to work on there maintenance requests, our air went out multiple times. It would be 80 degrees in our apartment but not hot enough outside for them to come so we had to wait until they were available to get it fixed. I did like the updated gym and management!
