There is metered parking right out front. There's also a parking garage right down the street that charges 75 cents an hour. There's some street parking in the surrounding blocks, but any street parking availability is just going to depend on how busy everything is that day

I would recommend contacting the Virginia directly with this question, as i don't think that most random Googlers will know for sure. Having said that, I'd be amazed if the tickets included anything other than entry and a place to sit for each ticket holder. That's generally how these things work.
