This office has no idea what they are doing. They ran unnecessary tests on me, totally wrong when it should have been for a different issue. LUCY had called me and left an apologetic message because I told the practice I will no longer be continuing receiving “care” from them. She told me the mistakes they made have been removed from my patient record. Yet I am still receiving statements for this service. Why am I responsible for their mistake? LUCY left me a voicemail with phone number to reach her if I would like to discuss further and the phone number isn’t even her direct line. The phone number given to me is just the general phone number for the office and I have to go through all these hoops with the options given in the automated system. I left voice messages to their billing department and have not gotten a call back. They did call me back once and when I called and left another message, no one ever returned my call. It’s been weeks. LUCY if you are reading this, or anyone reading this who can get a hold of LUCY, I would like to reached out to. You have my contact information. This has gone on for way too long. Totally unprofessional. And borderline unethical if you ask me. I just realized I may have written a review for the dental office and I apologize but this is for their MEDICAL OFFICE.

Tried to set an appointment for dental cleaning. There's no one to answer the phone I just gave up trying Update: I was able to get a hold of someone.. good luck getting an appointment for a teeth cleaning! What's wrong with this organization?! I'm not exactly fair when it comes to reviews! Especially if I'm frustrated! And as much as these folks can be frustrating, they're also doing the best they can during a difficult time. One of the Doctors took the time to Chart me some alternatives! So thank you guys! If you are patient, which I'm not Neighbor Care is alright! Give them a try!

Schedule my appointment for 9 am. Arrived at 8.55 am downstairs to check in. Has a line and I waited 6 minutes and the lady said for me I didn't need to check in downstairs for dentist. I go up and wait for dentist until 9.20 am. Probably he was busy or something, after that the 2 lady's who work on the front desk said we arrived late and he need the full hour to work. That is completely ridiculous. I arrived on the time, the person downstairs said we need to check in downstairs and the front desk downstairs said we don't need. For that we waste 6 minutes downstairs and they said we were unable to do the appointment. Very disrespectful, I live far away.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here whatsoever. I was referred by my regular doctors office at Neighborcare Pike Place Clinic to have a procedure at this location. The receptionists were not friendly at all, they seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves. The doctor and staff was unprofessional. I couldn’t understand the medical assistant and the doctor had me wait about 45 minutes before he saw me. This was only the consultation. The next time I came I was to have the procedure done and it ended up being one of the most painful experience. I was in tears and couldn’t finish the procedure all while the medical assistant was just reading a brochure. I was referred to another clinic and the experience there was much better and pain free.
