Very little actually!!! Workers wear masks. But everyone at all times was wearing nothing! Ever! We walked in and I felt weird. Very few people in #Hannibal do anywhere! :(
No. You have to pay extra to add them on.
Honestly we eat there quite often they serve peanut chicken so probably not the buffet. The taste is exceptional but not for alergys.
For whatever the current buffet price is, you get a large styrofoam box to stuff as full as you want with whatever you want. I think the only caveat is that the lid has to be able to close, though it can be comically "bulged out".
