There is a decent sized parking lot with ample parking. You can also choose street parking but there are meters in this area.
Around that time. Computers are shut off at 5:45. Lakeview is open till 8pm.
No library cards are free to get as long as you don't have any previous balances. Just need an ID/ Driver's license and proof of address.
I suggest calling them and asking?

I looked in their online catalog. which you can also do. The don't own it. Maybe they could interlibrary loan it for you. Call them. Their phone number is posted on Google Maps.
