Wow I really feel that the one star rating is way too high. This place is so disorganized. The front desk staff while nice just can’t seem to get anything correct. Arrived on time for an appointment and then told I may have to wait up to 4 hours. Can I come back in 4 hours? NO you must wait, REALLY ! Oh well hopefully some of these employers that utilize their services will get a clue and go somewhere else.

Tinsea at the front desk is/was so kind. She was at the front desk alone with a full waiting room and even more people coming in. She was empathetic and very patient with people who were impatient. I waited over 3 hours to get my X-ray and drug screen done so pack your patience when you come

I will say that the staff were pretty nice, but I gave 2 stars because I had to wait 3 hours and 45 minutes to take a drug test. Yep, to pee in a cup. Thank God my bladder wasn’t falling out. I don’t understand why they don’t have a line for patients waiting to see a doctor and another for those who just need labs done. I won’t be returning.

I went in for a simple drug screen at the Lynnwood location, and from the time I checked in until the time I walked out of the door was less than 60 minutes. The staff is incredibly professional and efficient which I appreciate. This site has great protocols for infection control and identification conformation to ensure your information remains private and isn't tampered with. Overall a great and positive experience
