Yes they do. They are out of stock on the regular shampoo but have the Zep Premium Rug Shampoo in stock (4 units) right now. It's in aisle 45 bay 12 according to their smartphone app which is usually pretty accurate.
The real question is, unless it is a legit service animal, do you really need to bring it to home Depot with you? But yes this store does allow service animals in the store.
