So we went to bougaties a few weeks ago me the wife the kid all wanted a quality meal in st charles the wife wanted a steak so I googled where to go luckily we had our hotel at amerastar we just had to make a few steps to ya know happy life happy wife we made a reservation the receptionist had no idea how to handle that the feeling of what they consider fine dining was dim like they can't replace the carpet dim our server was a woman named allison she was verry polite and accountable but what we were severed was verry sub par for what should be a fine dining experence a server which is what my wife was should be the last person to see a said salad it was not it was a bus boy it was most likely this server that didn't get any of my jokes it took her after we took our mains order 30 min to put them into the computer before that she serviced 4 other party's and yet a gain a busser brought us ur food named tonedot I appolige on the spelling I don't want to butcher his name he is viatmease no he did not announce this this I asked I love haveing a good repor with people I encounter allison forgot to add to add source and butter to my wife's baked potato tonedot brought my plate and my daughters plate of kids fedachini and a side of chicken to cut up for her meal allison looked at us while we were cutting it up like we were crazy tondot took responsibility and went back to the kitchen to have the chefs cut it if tondot was our waiter I would of never started this review please value ur employees that care about service this is not mcdonds where u pay one window and get service out of the next we tryed the lobster mac a few days later ....who ever ur chef gets seafood from firethem long Jon silvers has better sea food then bougaties

Like most restaurants you must wear a mask in and out. Also you must schedule your dinner reservations in advance they are limiting people allowed in
