Dr. Cross treated my new kitten's upper respiratory infection. She was very kind and professional and seemed to really care about his well being. The nurses were also kind and professional and took the time to gather as much information as possible. Fast forward two months, Dr. Cross was not the in yesterday but my kitten had his neutering surgery yesterday and so far is recovering well. Thanks for taking such good care of my fur baby!

I had to take my dog here on an emergency visit. They got in me within a couple hours of my call. The entire staff was super patient and caring. They explained everything. Never pressured me into making a decision of picking the more expensive treatment. They took their time, made sure they addressed everything in the right order, and gave him the appropriate treatment which prevented me from having to put my pup down. But most importantly, the staff genuinely cared about my dog and me. They handled my stress and tears as well as they handled my pups.
