THIS LOCATION IS NOT LGBT FRIENDLY! The only time I was ever smiled at was when I told them to cancel my membership. I was there for 3 months. I am transgender and when they asked why I was canceling I said it was because I didn’t feel welcomed, they simply said “Yeah”. Enough said.

I first embarked on this personal training journey to build connections, to help people achieve their health and fitness goals, and to overall build up our community. The management of this club does not hold any of those morals close. I was the personal trainer for this location since end of January, and i put in my 2 weeks due to not getting paid for hours worked, members needs not getting met after employees have relayed the information to management numerous times, members getting overcharged on payments, and how they handled the situation with the person dying in the gym. They never called in bio cleaners, some of the treadmills still have blood residue in them due to the treadmills not being deeply cleaned. They were not deeply cleaned because the managers will not let employees do that because it falls under the maintenance person job. The maintenance person comes every once in a blue moon. So theres that. Today i was let go for bringing these issues up this week. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere!! Go to a different Planet fitness if you truly want to stay with planet fitness. I personally would not trust a planet fitness owned by Chris O. And is ran by regional manager Jason Marshall. To my clients, regular members, and fellow employees Calvin, Daniel, Ariel, Miyana, Aiyana, and Olivia.. stay beautiful stay fit and stay healthy! I appreciate each and every one of you for always making it easy to come to work with a smile on my face despite what may have been going on behind the scenes. You are the ones that kept me going. Keep up the energy and i pray our paths do not end here. Thank you all

I have been a member since January 2022 and I haven’t had a problem signing in and bringing in a guest. I know the policy and the rules for the gym so I follow them but there is always one employee that gives me a hard time. She stops me and my guest from entering all the time when we try to workout. She never told us her name but she has glasses and long hair and she claims to be manager but I know she’s not because I asked another employee and they said she’s not the manager. She was very rude to me and my guest saying my friend isn’t old enough to be in the gym even though my guest showed his ID to her and she kicked us out and was very demanding of us to leave. She makes me and my guest feel very unwelcome even though planet fitness claims to be “a judgement free zone and a welcoming place” that’s why we’ve been going to another planet fitness. Overall the employees here are very helpful and welcoming it’s just that one employee that makes it difficult for me and my guest to workout.

The crew seems to be happy to be there. Every time I go I feel welcomed by the staff. Their energy gets others excited to work out. They are attentive and helpful. The facility is clean. I wish more businesses had their customer service quality. Good job!
