Outrageously restrictive cell phone "policy" that is nothing short ludicrously arbitrary. The loud speaker announcement is far more obtrusive than my quiet conversation. Consider some training in manners in addition to strict adherence to policy. I'll never ride with this service again!!

If at the port authority in new york, you have to buy it from a ticket window. You can also purchase an e-ticket online. The driver can sell you a physical ticket if you're at a stop that does not have a place to buy tickets or if it's after hours and the ticket windows are closed. Hope this helps...
Yes. The parking lot has different rates for daily, weekly and monthly parking.

Its hard to find drivers because of hours and the pay they recieve
