We have had caregivers from this company. One caregiver is very reliable and caring, however I was told they are short staffed and I can't seem to get notifications when our caregivers can't make it. I would rate the office staff as poor.

I was scheduled to have an interview for this company & I was not able to make it due to having to stay late at my current job, so I called the main number to reschedule an interview & the lady that I spoke to (didn’t catch her name, sounded older) immediately had an attitude. I very politely asked her if there was someone I could speak to about rescheduling and she just said “Interviews are in Monday’s and Tuesday’s” (even though mine was scheduled for a Wednesday). I was confused and thought she meant that there was a mistake and I wasn’t supposed to have been scheduled for a Wednesday interview so I just said “Ok, is there someone I can speak to about rescheduling?” And had an attitude and seemed annoyed that she had to clarify that she meant open interviews are on Monday’s and Tuesday’s. It immediately set the tone for the kind of environment I would potentially be working in & I decided to not go through. Whether the company and their services are great or not, I don’t know. But whoever answered the phone should not be working a customer service job if she’s going to seem inconvenienced/annoyed when doing her job.

Perfect place to call if you want to hear the phone ring without getting picked up. I’m glad I don’t have any clients who are dead or in desperate need of anyone from this office. Front office receptionist is very rude and unprofessional to say the least. That would explain why so many employees have walked out on this location since I’ve been there. Think twice about considering their service or employment. I wouldn’t recommend either.

Amanda never returned any calls and Crystal L is rude. This office is behind on paying mileage and makes up their own rules as they go along. They will tell you they have plenty of clients not most of them are nasty have roaches and bed bugs.
