I'm giving them only 1 star because I can't go lower! It has been the worst experience ever! They never can find staff for the hours needed for my mothers care. On one occasion the PCA didn't even know how to change my mom. Another occasion they were supposed to be in my home till 7:30 and left at 5:30 without even communicating with me. I request she changed my mom before she left and she huffed and puffed about the requested task. I also have had multiple times someone was supposed to be here and they never showed up. No call nothing to tell me that no one was coming I have tried to be patient but I'm running out of patience!!!!! I don't recommend them.

I have gone without coverage numerous times. They are racist in that day stick together. They have stolen many of items. It has been a horrible 6 months with Andrews on call

I love working with the Lebanon office! They have a really strong team and you can tell everyone is extremely passionate about what they do!

The office staff is great!!! The hours are worked to fit your schedule. Communication is open. I couldnt ask for a better company to work for.
