I have been with this company 10 years. They have always been great to work with. Today I wanted to send a special thanks to the workers on Pershing Ave in Taylorville, I forgot to leave my trash out, they came back and made an extra trip for us when asked. The workers and staff have been wonderful over the years. Thank you!

Just moved to a new address this company was servicing, we moved fully into the home Tuesday the 26th after cleaning the home for a week after the previous owner left it. Cleetons drivers were nice and advised us to call the number to set up our service. We were paid today, the 29th and had planned to set up yearly service on the trash this afternoon. Prior to this, a man came to pick up the trash can, which was weird since it’s not even the end of the month. I called to speak to the office lady, I’m guessing the receptionist and explain we were new to the area and assumed it was paid through the end of the month, at which point she laughed at me and told me end of the month is today and then went on to interrupt when I was trying to ask about the previous owner explaining he had paid through the end of the month. She told me he had called yesterday and wanted the van picked up. She was very rude and unprofessional. This is a small family own business, it is really sad that I moved to the area and wanted to utilize the local business and am treated as poorly as I was. We are used to Waste Management and have never been treated or spoken to the way this company did myself today. Signed up for WM and paid for my year with them. How can we justify using small, local own companies, when they treat people who shop at the same grocery stores and children attend the same schools the way they do? This is the exact reason why companies are failing in these such uncertain times. I would highly suggest them revamping their staff and company operations to stay making it into the future!
