I HADNT BEEN TO POWDER VALLEY FOR SEVERAL YRS. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED AT HOW RUN DOWN IT IS TODAY . THE WORKERS ARE COUTEOUS & HELPFUL BUT THE EXHIBITS & STATIONS AT THE BIRD FEEDERS WERENT NEARLY AS NICE AS IN THE PAST . IT WAS A SAD DAY FOR ME TO SEE EVEN THE WHEEL CHAIR TRAIL IN SUCH A POOR STATE . .

Great forested trails & helpful staff.

I just stopped by to enjoy some of nature's beauty. A little chilly, and I wasn't dressed properly to walk the trails. I did find a sunny spot to take a picture, though.

Too much highway noise, but still a nice, close getaway.

I can say that when my son was in aftercare for summer school, they took a field trip there several summers. Not sure if that truly answers your question though.
Hi Himani. I would suggest contacting your local plant nursery to ask this question. They'd definitely have an answer.
If someone is not working that can, they would definitely be able to give you the name of someone that could help. They have identified birds, plants, and various animals that we have seen during our hikes so they would be more than willing to help you.
It is. They have copies there. I would call them and ask how to subscribe to it.
No. And the Gov has announced that Friday aftrr Thanksgiving will be closed too. Open on the Sat tho
No, there is not. Just walking trails and a Nature Center
Building inside is open 8am to 5pm on Saturday...trails 8am until dark.
No playground. 3 walking trails from 0.3 to 1.05 miles in length. All paved. No bikes, rollerblading or skateboarding
I would call some company that deals in that line of work.
Yes
Sorry but dogs are not allowed on Powder Valley nature center. However dogs are allowed on the Emmeneggar county park located past the PV entrance. Very nice park there too
I had raccoons get into my house attic. The professmional guy that trapped the raccoons used a little cheap can or dog food. He just popped the can no open then put it into the cage. Worked great!
You mean inside the building? You can just ask the front desk.
Thanks! I couldnt find a definitive answer on their site.
