Limited parking. Dogs on leash and horses allowed. We saw bear tracks on two different hikes. And did encounter a bear on one of those hikes. Yelled and it went away. Amazing view of Mt Rainier on a clear day near the top too! It's a great easy hike for amazing view!

Great, easy uphill-downhill trail away from major highways and noise. Refreshing views. It is a muddy trail. Update: After a few weeks, the vegetation have grown quickly and the trail is now very narrow and you have to battle to stay on the trail. I still like the hike.

Beautiful! We even saw deer eating and enjoying life right off the trail. We walked down the gravel trail and I took pictures along the way down. It's a very scenic route. I can understand why so many tourists visit this man made waterfall. Theres an underground hydroelectric plant as well. Which I'm sure is closed to the public and has been for years lol, but still 😂

Tiger Mountain trails are great! Swamp trail was a great hike. Started out on the connector to the NW timber trail then on to Rd 5500. After 2 miles took a quick left and found the Silent Swamp trail. Continued on through the snow to the Joy Ride trail up to the Inside Passage trail and down the master link back to the parking lot. Good 10 mile hike , not too hard except for the snow.

Tiger will normally get snow before anywhere else in metro Seattle, but it will be quite a home to get to good snow depth and nice views (maybe Poo Poo Point on a clear day). If you want less exertion, healing further east on I-90 would probably serve you better.
If you start at chrico trail and hike to poo poo point you dont need a day pass. There is also parking at the bottom of the trail.
There is a cell tower on Tiger Mt and we've always had service up there.
Don't think so.
No tigers. Cougars and bears are a possibility, there are often black bear sightings.
No. Tiger Mountain is in the Snoqualmie Corridor which is no shooting. See https://www.dnr.wa.gov/Tiger
