Worst doctors office I have EVER visited. The ladies in the front are SUPER RUDE & dr Rod…. He is obviously there for just a check. Anytime you ask the girls in the front to send your medicine over to the pharmacy, it takes a solid 2 weeks unless you consistently call them and tell them. Then it still takes FOREVER. It’s insane. Try to call the doctors office and nobody ever answers. SMH they need to shut this place down or hire people who know that they’re doing.

I always love seeing Dr.Rodriquez.He is a caring compassionate doctor.The last few times I went I was seen by the nurse practitioner and I was not impressed at all.I did not like her .She was not compassionate and caring at all.She does what she wants and not what is best for the patient.

Charlene, i have had a problem with the lady that receives me when i come in, not sure her name but i told Doc what had transpired and things were much better. Not everyone has PR skills for the public and need to improve or get out. Good luck.
