First of all, the place is clean and professional and the staff is kind and helpful. The products that were applied to my hair definitely suited me and my hair goals and I'm appreciative of that. However, I'm absolutely unsatisfied by the haircut I received from Alyssa. It's not a terrible cut, but it doesn't represent my style whatsoever, it's not the cut I wanted. I'd wanted a very simple 1" trim, and I provided pictures of what my bangs and hair looked like previously. What I received are bangs that don't fit my style or look like my pictures, 2 burns from a flat iron, and layering in places I didn't want layering. Unhappy and wary of returning.
