Ordered a cheeseburger, bottled water, & fountain drink. It took over 20 minutes to get out. People that cam in after me order, got their food, and left while I waited. I asked multiple staff what the issue was and while they were nice none solved my problem

I went thru drive thru and the cashier read my order back to me was very friendly and the person in second window handing out the food was nice and friendly too.

On the way home from the grocery, I thought I'd run through the drive-thru for the kids. We ordered, waited in line 10 mintes until the window, and was asked to pull around front. After 15 mins. waiting, an employee brought out the wrong order. I went in and asked for a refund. 25 plus minutes for 2 teas, some cheeseburgers, and fries seems a bit much. They happily refunded the food and allowed me to pay for the 2 teas I was given at the window. FYI, drove through Wendy's next door and ordered same thing and was out of line with food within 10 minutes.

Sorry but order takers sure can confuse an order. A breakfast sandwich should be easy???? I guess it's harder than we realize. Don't ask! From now on its beverages only. The price is right for sodas.
