We absolutely can! Please come by the store with your vehicle. We'll take a look for free and advise you from there. Some fixes can take 5 min in the lot, while others we may need to further diagnose and do some repair work at an hourly rate. Come on by, and we'll get you back on track!

You cant overpower speakers -- under-powering is what kills. You can always turn gain down, but you can't turn up past its limits. The higher you turn up the gain, the more distortion sent to the speakers, which means the speakers get hotter (meltdown!). That said, assuming the 1200 watt subs are Peak Power Rating, the RMS is what the sub can handle continuously. Just because the amp says 1000 watt doesn't mean that is what it actually puts out. To make a long story short, I don't see why you couldn't, but there are more variables needed to see if this is the best solution such as what subs and amp exactly.
