A bit pricey but they can do more key types than others in the area and they all worked. A bit cagey when it came to asking about larger projects.

Called today because i had a faulty deadbolt which came with a year warranty but service is only about 30 days i called Holyoke key they came right away within the time frame described. I couldn’t find my receipt some how they couldn’t either so they decided to not charge the service fee which was really GREAT of them to do! Happy costumer thank you!

Charge me two hours of work when they were only at my house for an hour and 15 minutes 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM after they gave me a price in the office they charge me $185 they start charging you at 8 AM once they punch in so if they wanna roll Maroun or they’re a little slow in the morning they already charging you so from 8 AM when he punched in and got to my house at 8:30 a half an hour but they’re only 2 miles away from my house the guy who did the installation nice guy but to tell me $85 an hour and my bill comes out to 185 that’s not right not good business And don’t say that’s not the time they got to my house cause it’s all on security cameras
