It's a bus/Amtrack station. Clean, food cigarettes sold there. They keep the homeless in check.

Station building is moved from old to east side... Also free entry is now paid parking? Sign for AMTRAK is on post, tiny enough to miss it...specially seniors like me. Suggest: Big board showing arrow w big thick and tall letters...just like they have on highways...

There is hourly parking available between spruce and poplar street for $1 per hour, and long term parking at the corner of poplar and 16th street for $6 per 24hrs.
The Amtrak website has the entire schedule so that would be the best resource to check.
As long as it's a transfer, yes.
Minimum is $4 one way, $8 for round trip for coach. You can see more prices on the amtrak website or the app
Yes but not where the Amtrak is. Enterprise delivered me a car
Reservations for the amtrak sure you can book tickets now on the question of 70 people I'm not sure if you'd be able to book all at the same price but I'm sure if you called amtrak and spoke to sales they'd be more than happy to assist
I went from St Louis to KC Mo and it was only 36 dollars per ticket, one way.
You'll have to call them it's different prices
No
