Montel Hervey is not just a salesman he has become my friend and family member. I consider him my car husband...lol He doesn't push a sale on you he considers everything that you reveal to him and has a candid knack for getting it right! I met Montel in 2020 came in skeptical of being able purchase anything and left with a brand new vehicle. Came back September 2022 and unfortunately 30 days to the date of purchase my brand new 2022 was TOTALED!!! Called and spoke directly to Montel he was concerned for the family and did everything he could help assist getting me the answers to my questions with relaying it will be fine and when I was ready come back and he would ensure I would be able to get another vehicle. Once everything calmed down I contacted Montel and he delivered yet again... I came in with the agenda to get a used vehicle and left with a 2022 AGAIN!!! with additional gifts and benefits. The entire staff at Beach Ford I could never say enough about all of them, not one person from service to sales has been unfriendly or unprofessional. Jason that took care of my final paperwork for the vehicle that was totaled came personally to check on my family and I when we arrived to say how he was concerned when he heard the car was totaled. Overall Beach Ford, Montel Hervey and hopefully Jason again will have my business from here on out!

I am going to try to make this short,liars,and don't have respect enough to understand when.a customer is angry.should not tell lies and be honest(salemen).beach ford Virginia beach,Va.my husband back out of car loan .what a waste NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN .Go some where else...Financial managers needs attitude adjustment and everybody else that work there.AGAIN THEY LOSE OUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!

They are not high pressure sales people there. I went there with my daughter who ended up buying a car from them. It was a relatively quick and easy transaction. Would go there to purchase a car for myself.

First, I wanted to recognize Montrel as our car consultant which acted with integrity and professionalism through several buying discussions… he made the process seamless and his follow up was appreciated… I also wanted to compliment the staff, the environment and the process. It is refreshing to visit a dealership where everyone in the dealership has energy and professionalism… and speaks high to the standard that Beach Ford expects… well done Beach Ford … you have a customer for life!
