Would give a zero star if could got there about 12 was there until 5:30 just to be told I couldn’t get a car because my address on my check stubs was different and wasn’t an Illinois address but everything else was wouldn’t even call job to verify that I even work there so why ask for all the info if your not going to put it to use I guess that’s a good thing I didn’t get a car from there dodged a bullet wish mean just gone find a car in a better place with a better deal definitely wouldn’t recommend anybody there at all to waste your time…………….And FYI all info was provided as needed even title for my trade in but because my old address is on my check stub for my job you felt it wasn’t valid which it was you had number to both employers so why ask for that info if your not going to use the numbers to get clarification so try again

Would most definitely recommend them! If you do ask for Angela at the Springfield IL location! She's was absolutely amazing! Best sales rep I've ever dealt with and she actually takes time to get to know a customer! Couldn't of asked for a better sales person to sell me a car!
