Have been going here for quite some time two Chevy Silverado 2500, over 300000 miles between the two. 90% of oil changes done here 100% of all other repairs done here. But today was the last time I or any vehicle I drive will be there. For the second time I dropped off truck with an appointment for a service usually right around an hour. I walk across the street to grab some lunch sometimes they text me when done or call or I just head back over when finished with lunch. Truck had not been moved went inside to inquire and Not sure his name not Paul. But anyway must be related to owners, had no clue who I was or what vehicle was there to pick-up. Said again oh I just thought we were supposed to call when done. Well I am done.
