I have had nothing but great experiences with Firestone since I bought tires from them, I paid for warranty/road hazard and when I had a problem they took care of it right away. I would recommend coming to Firestone to get tires! Their service is excellent and they go over and beyond to make sure you are happy with your experience.

I would of given zero stars if I could of. The counter man Zach was very cordial and the only nice spot of this entire debacle. I purchased tires here and they were not mounted and sealed properly. Because cash was paid the purchase is not ‘under’ my account. I will pull receipts and deal with the manager although frankly with the last two visits here I’m not hopeful. Since these tires were purchased they’ve had to be aired up every couple of days. I was told the employees that did the original work no longer work here and they would give me a discount since they couldn’t talk to them and ask them why they weren’t mounted properly. An employee went through my glove box looking for receipts WITHOUT my permission. And miraculously the cash receipt wasn’t in the box. Getting something taken care of that should of been done the first time does not authorize a tire tech the right to search my car. Not appreciated at all. Definitely not appreciating paying twice for something that should of been done the first time. I asked the woman checking me out $200 more than I was quoted who the manager was and she said Dave. When I asked what is Dave’s last name she said she didn’t know. I got to my car and looked through my receipt. I was charged for an inspection I did not authorize and had to go back inside. Zack stepped up and took care of the refund. The couple checking out next to me had to question their bill as well. The same female checked them out and charged them double for an oil service. She said she rang it up correctly but the computer must of messed it up. Very minimum she has no clue what she’s doing. I would hope it’s nothing more dubious. Just strange the two customers I see her check out have much higher balances than they were told. Do NOT recommend this business to anyone even for an oil change. Shady all around.

Took my car and wife's car in 2 different days.Told me both days they could do Trans flush.First day they didn't even call me to tell me I SHOWED up 30 minutes before close.I dropped car off at 1.Rescheduled for 3 days later.Told me it was in garage and next on list.2 hrs later they call and tell me they dtech got too busy and couldn't get to it and they are scheduled out 3 weeks.They told me the sound of my car was alternator Sa.e issue techs not smart enough to do it.So I took both cars to dealer.My wifes Trans flush was 40 dollars cheaper.My car wasn't even the alternator, it was belt tensioner and idle arm pulley I will.never go back Sadd because I've been going here for 10 years now.Wonder now how many times I got stuff fixed that wasn't even wrong
