Ms. Smith, The trailer in question was auctioned off per a court order that you signed off on as apart of your divorce settlement on October 22, 2018, which stated there were five items that were to be auctioned or scheduled to be auctioned by Hilltop within 30 days. There is absolutely no way you can say this was done "without your knowledge". You need to remove this post. The people at Hilltop are great people. They worked with my husband and I to ensure compliance with the court order. Insinuating that they did anything wrong is slanderous and could have repercussions. I hope you do the right thing.

Get a base sale bottom amount or no sale. The auction may have their own bidders and or a interest to buy cheep and sell later at a better percentage for the auction. Not saying that they are doing any of this nonsense but you cover your bases and think everyone is out there to make a buck. A set minimum sale amount is smart work. If not met. NO SALE.

We do estate auctions onsite, depending on the amount to be sold, thats determined by the auctioneer to make that call, but we take in items through the week that you bring to us to sell on scheduled auction nights!!
