My experience was excellent. This was my first visit to the store. Shortly after entering, Rodney acknowledged my presence in the store even though he was waiting on a customer at the time. My wait was not long. All my questions in regards to purchasing a new bike seat were answered which allow me to make a purchase. I own 3 Treks and will definitely return when I need something else.

Hi Alicia, Any tires or tubes that are deemed unsafe/unfit for use are destroyed by our team so that they may not be used in effort to prevent injury.
