I've been seeing the Dr for a good while now and he always addresses any concerns I have with my health. He's sent me to get full blood panels when I've wanted to be sure my health is up to par due to my age and rough past life. I do enjoy going here cuz for me it's a much more relaxed atmosphere where I feel comfortable to speak up with any questions or concerns.

I adored this place but after more then 10 years of going to the same business (I was a patient of the original Dr office, Sunshine, which Dr. P purchased from Dr. B to create Melbay) they refused to accept my insurance and would not allow me to pay for the office visit out of pocket. Soo very disappointing. Things were good. There was no situation which caused them to drop me. It was just business. Because I had been with this Dr for soo long I childishly assumed it would mean something. I explained it's difficult to find a new Dr when I have soo much history with them... But no. It's all for the money. Very sad.

Their staff and Dr. Patsamatla are very friendly, helpful and understanding. I have been going to their office for 6 mths as my primary care physician and they have been great and extremely helpful. I'd definitely recommend their office for your medical care.

Dr. Kishore Patsamatla has always been a wonderful physician, very efficient, with a kind bedside manner. His staff are the best and always a pleasure to see. I highly recommend Dr. Patsamatla!

No , they don't have a x ray machine, you might be able to get a Doctor to write a prescription to get an x ray by paying for the extremely expensive costs .
