Easiest car buy experience I've ever had, without any exaggeration. Called about the truck, exchanged a few emails, drove down, told them what I was willing to pay and why...maybe 3-5 minutes later I was buying a truck. F&I office went very well, no push for all the high profit/low value add-ons big city dealers like to push on you. I drove 2.5 hours each way and it was well worth it. No hard sell, no gimmick, very fair pricing and they treated me like a long time loyal customer despite me never having set foot in the door before. I highly recommend the dealership and my salesman, Donovan.

Sales Rep: Colton Switzer Vehicle: 2022 Ram 1500 Purchase Date: 8/20/2022 Buyer Location: San Antonio, Texas Kudos: Quick Responses, Price, Friendly, Convenience, Transparent. I reached out to the dealership via email on Thursday night and got a quick response from Colton on Friday morning. I explained I wanted to be as close as possible to the conditional offers (qualified rebates) and if the price is right, I'll fly up and drive it back down. Within an hour, he got back to me with a price too good to pass up on. I was a little hesitant since it was an out of state dealership and worried they would try to pull a fast one on me but Colton reassured me that wasn't the case and not how they operate. Flew out on Saturday morning but got stuck in Atlanta for 10hrs due to a delayed connection flight. Here's where Colton worked some magic, He made the esign documents available, got the Ram Connect app up and running so I can unlock from my phone, coordinated drop off of vehicle at airport. I arrived at the airport at 11pm and my truck was sitting front row in the covered parking. This was the best car buying experiencing I've ever had. Great truck, Great price, Great customer service.
