DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY DONT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL Let me start by saying I bought a brand new jeep in Sep of 2021 from here. Shortly after I began having issues with the SOS light as well as the air bag light coming on. I took it in to the service department and complained of these issues and was told that they had no available appointments in the near future, but since I had a upcoming oil change appointment they would take a look at at both the SOS light and the air bag light that was on. Whatever they did to my car made the air bag light go off but the SOS light never went away. So in the meantime I had a hit and run accident happen to my front bumper, it took almost 3 months to get my car into the body shop for repairs. I asked them once again upon booking the body repairs to please take a look a the SOS light. When it came time for me to pick my car up I was informed that my vehicle was missing a air bag sensor located under the driver side seat. Me not knowing much about cars I asked " what happened to it " These people in the service department said it looked like it had been removed. I told them i assumed it was never one there since I have been having issues with the light coming on since bought it. They refused to honor my warranty and replace the part saying I needed to have the old part to send in. I asked to speak to Jeff Ferguson the general manager and was told by his rude service manager that he didn't want to talk to me. They then tried to charge me $600 to put a sensor in that should have been in my car when I bought it. I have been given no respect and have never been treated so poorly I will never go here again for ANYTHING and I urge you not to as well.

Terrible company bought my truck there and my brother's truck total $140,000 and these Liars tried to double charge me for putting the liftgate on out of order before they painted it and not guarantee my warranty on my 22 truck this is the worst dealership I ever seen in my life beware they are liars to cover up

This dealership has the worst advisors ever from the supervisor down to the staff they actually charged me 1500 dollars for some mechanic work on my vehicle that they assume was the issue that would resolve the issues to wh my vehicle was having these issues unfortunately that wasn’t the problem pretty much when called back asking different questions about my vehicle the advisor rich had a whole attitude because my husband called him asking very thorough questions h that made rich feel the need to hang up on him this establishment isn’t nothing like it use to be back when the old crew was there even Aaron the manager is disrespectful and a rip off they’re very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend any one to take their vehicle there

Don't know approximate costs. You'd have to check with service dept. They're pretty good
Safelite is your best bet
I do not know that answer
Masks are required indoors for all employees and customers. There is tape on the floor in front of the Sales Staff's desks showing customers where to sit so they are 6 feet away from the Salesperson. Each Salesperson also has a plexiglass shield in front of them on their desk. In the Service Department, their is a barrier set up to maintain a 6 foot distance between customers and the Service Advisors.
We would only repossess a vehicle if we sold it to a customer and we were ultimately unable to get funded by the financial lender on the deal. In that case, the vehicle is still owned by us so we get it back on our lot and sell it again. If you are making payments on a vehicle for a period of time but stop making payments and it is ultimately repossessed, it is the financial lender that repossessed the vehicle and not us.
You can always call the dealership and ask for the General Manager.
You can always view our inventory online at www.314allstar.com. If we don't have the color you're interested in, we can usually check the inventory of all the other dealers within 250 miles of us.
It is best to call the dealership and ask for the General Manager.
Yes, we sell parts to people not servicing with us. We're sorry that you were told otherwise. You can either walk up to our parts window at the dealership or purchase from us online at www.314allstar.com.
