The guy told me he had to get up early to work and refused to service me when I was there before they closed.... he found a reason not to service me then started complaining when I called before hand to ensure I would be there in enough time... very unprofessional

Beverly with Solo Insurance was amazing and such a sweetheart to work with! She helped me get the very best price for my insurance and even gave me the option to just pay in full instead of monthly payments. The best part about Solo is when you call them, you get an awesome person who picks up the phone right away and you don't have to go through automated menu call lines. I highly recommend Solo to anyone and will be doing so! I am incredibly happy with my experience!

Absolutely not!
Most certainly! You may call us or your insurance carrier directly on the number they provide on the bill.
Yes, indeed. We have links on our website and the web-address is also on your bills.
Often lawyers do remove the points from your driving record to help avoid having the State suspend your driving privileges. However, it's not the same as having the violation, itself, removed or dismissed or dropped down to a non-moving ticket. The same goes for minor and major violations. So if paying for attorney, make sure the violation doesn't get on your driving record instead of just getting the points off your license.
You don't want to. Pay by the 14th. The 15th is the day you no longer have insurance. If your cancel date, or renewal date, is the 15th you will want to pay it by the 14th. The policy will end at one minute after midnight on the 15th (so last full day of insurance is the 14th). Some companies will let you reinstate but often not more than once per policy term. You may make renewal payments on the 15th BUT you will not have insurance until the time of the payment of the following day at 12:01 a.m. Always best to think a day ahead of any date you see in car insurance.
Yes, we are. There are a couple Saturdays throughout the year when we're closed but this will be clearly noted on our Google listing.
