This review is a bit late but I wanted to say thank you to everyone at Midwest RV with all the help they gave us on the purchase of our very first RV. Our salesman Vince Moses was very patient with us first timers and answered all of our dozens of questions. When we had problem with a badly cut key he got a new set in the mail to us right away. Collin who did our walkthrough was very thoroughly and patient as well. Both Vince and Collin made sure we were comfortable and ready to drive away on pick up day. And what can I say about Debbie other than she is a total gem! I have never enjoyed signing loan papers more. I also wanted to thank Dave in the parts department for walking us through and showing us what we needed. All in all it was a great experience and we're very happy with our new camper!

Had an absolutely amazing experience! Everyone was so helpful and nice. They answered any and all questions we had. We had a budget set and they would not show us items above our price range unless we said so. They were not going to try to pressure us in anything. We will definitely be returning for future campers and will be recommending everyone to go there!

Why did we have to get rid of our RV
Hey...call Midwest RV, ask for the service department and tell them what you need...they are excellent people ready to help!

I would go to a storage lot hat has some control for security. Dont think rv dealer would be my first choice.

Troy this isn't a slide timing problem. It has been diagnosed as the lower tracks have gouge, not sure about the gears. Also the front wipe seal is loose half way down. The bottom of the front slide sticks out about 2" and the rear slide seal barely touches the RV. The top of the slide is in all the way. It definitely has to be repaired by a Coachmen dealership. The RV has 1337 miles and the purchasing dealership is 295 miles away from St Louis. I have calls into Coachmen for assistance but had hoped Midwest RV would help me.
