Staff management has no compassion for their workers they talk to their workers recklessly and they don't pay enough they keep people on that's a threat to their company and other employees they're just not good or professional I literally can't say nothing good about them they don't build confidence in a workers the staff members for staff management cuss you out

I worked here for two yrs & my experience was different than many of most other reviews. I became a line leader for two of the hardest lines mostly working alone, which worked well for me. I moved up fast because I brought my " A game" every night I worked, I didn't worry about what others wasn't doing. & only focused on what I was suppose to be doing. Yes the environment there is chaotic, but that's to be expected when a job is working with so many temps who either don't believe in showing up for work or actually WORKING once they're there, with production needing to move at all cost. Yes.… I was a lot older then other workers, & with that comes maturity, ethics, goals & responsibilities. The staff treated me…. How I treated them! I worked the night shift which is a higher pay automatically than days but I left making $11.75 mostly 6 nights a wee.… which was pretty good because I worked loads of OT which meant loads of time in a half. Like all jobs… once a person establishes themselves as a valuable person… you gain work hrs, respect, & money!!! Now, is there improvement for who SMX hires in? Yes But my old saying that I live by at any job is… As long as it has no aspect or meaning with Me & my money… I mind my own work load & just work!!! The 4 stars🌟 is the conditions of the break room & the refrigerator. God awful all the time.

Don't work here. The pay sucks. The people who work here are rude druggies.You will be treated like a slave. SMX you have failed this city.

I have never been treated and talked to in this rude of manner. I was looking at the other reviews for this place and everything they are saying is true. Your are not getting paid enough, and they are not giving any kind of health benefits and everyone here is very rude to you. I will not work here again.
